Billing questions
How is tuition billed?
On the first of the month, by card or bank transfer, for that month's sessions. The first month is prorated from your child's first session, so you never pay for weeks before you started.
Is there a discount for siblings?
Ten percent off the second child's tuition and every child after. It comes off the invoice automatically; you do not have to ask for it.
What happens if we miss a session?
Tell us before the session and we will place your child in another group that week wherever there is room. A session missed without notice is not made up: the seat and the instructor were held.
What if we need to stop partway through a term?
Two weeks' notice, by phone or in writing, and we refund the unused part of the month. You will not be asked to justify the decision or talked out of it.
Is there help available if the cost is a problem?
We hold four reduced-tuition places each term and we do not publish who has them. Ask Maren directly. We would rather have that conversation than lose a student who should be here.
Do we pay for the assessment?
No. The assessment is free whether or not you enroll afterwards, and you keep the written summary either way.
Still deciding?
Book the assessment first. It is free, it takes 75 minutes, and it will tell you more about whether this is right for your child than any price list can.
